Job Title: Autism Coach

    About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Autism Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism by providing coaching services that empower them to achieve their full potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate skill levels to develop tailored coaching plans

  • Develop and execute individualized care plans to support clients' goals and aspirations

  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Implement behavioral intervention plans to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones

  • Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to deliver comprehensive support services

    Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 'O' level passes, including English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels

    Desirable Skills:

  • Meticulous and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Self-motivation and commitment to professional development

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or similar conditions
