Regulatory Compliance Role at IQ-EQ

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance professional to join our team at IQ-EQ. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing advisory and consultancy services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a portfolio of clients and provide advisory and consultancy services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Submit and/or review regulatory filings and notifications, and liaise with MAS and auditors
* Prepare and review regulatory returns and forms, and perform ad-hoc projects as needed
* Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance matters
* Develop and maintain compliance manuals, checklists, and registers

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Law, or a relevant field
* Experience in regulatory compliance or internal audit with financial institutions
* Meticulous and detailed-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized and self-disciplined, with a strong team player mentality
