  • Process refunds in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing delays and inconvenience.
Requirements
  • Hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Be driven, meticulous, and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of compliance audit policies, relevant Acts, and Regulations is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, and experience in data analysis are highly desirable.
