About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as an Analyst in the Japanese Corporate Sales team, where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting a range of products and services to clients in Asia & Oceania.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality banking solutions and maximize deal opportunities that meet business targets.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Work in partnership with Compliance to ensure alignment with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote FX and Derivatives products to clients in Asia & Oceania, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Support Treasury departments in Branches with structuring, pricing, and technique, ensuring seamless delivery of banking services.
  • Deliver high-quality banking solutions to meet revenue targets for the team, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers to develop revenue opportunities and grow the business.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions to identify and understand customer needs, providing personalized solutions.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified with relevant industry experience, preferably in the field of banking or finance.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of local regulations to mitigate risk to the Bank with transactions, ensuring compliance at all times.
