Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic net revenue growth initiatives across APAC. This role will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge strategies to enhance our revenue streams, while ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing customer and trade spend budgets, and developing effective commercial strategies. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong influencing and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive net revenue growth across APAC
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to enhance revenue streams
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Manage customer and trade spend budgets to optimize ROI
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align strategies and ensure business objectives are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, marketing)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or commercial excellence roles, with a focus on revenue growth and customer management
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing customer and trade spend budgets, and developing effective commercial strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong influencing and communication abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
