Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand positioning, client engagement, and lead generation.
  • Project manage global flagship research report campaigns, including maintaining research and content calendars, and overseeing the marketing and distribution of reports.
  • Develop content strategies and oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, website, print, and multimedia platforms.
  • Manage internal communication channels, such as newsletters, Global Life contributions, and quarterly town halls.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across different channels, such as email and social media, to maximize their impact and effectiveness.
  • Support the rollout of global Public Relations initiatives and drive Public Relations activities to enhance brand visibility of key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, recommending improvements based on data-driven analysis.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing plans to drive brand positioning, client engagement, and lead generation.
  • Project Management Skills: Capable of managing global flagship research report campaigns, including maintaining research and content calendars, and overseeing the marketing and distribution of reports.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Effective stakeholder management is crucial in this role. You should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.
