Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Human Resource Manager at TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for providing strategic HR consulting and advisory services to business leaders and managers. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities, developing and implementing HR policies, programmes and initiatives that align with the company's goals, and driving employee engagement and retention efforts through performance management, learning and development.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR business partner, consultant or generalist
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and support strategic business priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaison with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and using insights to drive HR initiatives
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
