  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues, including complex problems requiring root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify common support issues and recommend changes to improve future platform supportability
  • Participate in testing new releases and managing production releases as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Windows environment and experience supporting .NET and Java application suites
