We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead regional growth initiatives for a specialty chemical product line across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in line with global objectives to drive business development and revenue growth across the region.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance and pricing approaches.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain, logistics, and after-sales support.
  • Deliver regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales or business development within the chemicals or materials industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
