Job Description
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies across channels
  • Manage product portfolio and lead market-specific product launches and innovation.
  • Drive sales performance by building strong trade partnerships and developing effective commercial initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that strengthen brand presence and awareness.
  • Take full accountability for the region's sales, revenue, and profit targets.
  • Work with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations, accurate forecasting, and cost management.
  • Use market and sales data to identify opportunities and make fact-based decisions.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Growth Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in sales or commercial roles within FMCG/consumer goods, with at least 3 years in a regional capacity.
  • Strong track record in growing business or brands and delivering against P&L targets.
  • Solid trade and distribution relationships within the region.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
