Department Marketing- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeOur Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - As a Marketing Solutions Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities that contributes to driving the adoption and investment growth across the various products under Shopee Marketing Solutions.- Identify long-term growth strategies and commercialisation potential for Shopee Marketing Solutions
- Communicate findings and insights to a diverse range of stakeholders in a structured way and seek their alignment and support
- Collaborate closely with internal and external, regional and local stakeholders to drive pilot and implementation of marketing solutions related to growth initiatives
- Analyse and drive ongoing key performance tracking and reporting
- Maintain a broader view of growth-related topics, staying updated with the competitive landscape and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree and above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- At least 3 years of working experience in strategy consulting or strategy-related functions in internet companies
- Experiences in driving project implementation at regional level is preferred
- Proven proficiency in data-driven analysis and presentations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and partners from diverse markets and backgrounds
- Strong project management skills to keep track of progress and drive towards the desired outcome
- Resourceful and flexible to adapt to fast-changing business landscape and new challenges
