As Chief Marketing Officer, you will drive growth across every business and brand in our portfolio.

You'll own the marketing strategy – 3-year growth & marketing roadmap across every business and brand.
Build the team – hire and lead A-players across growth, content, product marketing, and ops.
Brand architecture – strategy, positioning and key messaging for all brands.
Content engine – build a high-quality content production engine across all target media & platforms.
Demand gen – warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content, paid ads – tested, measured, scaled.
Funnel design – offers, lead magnets, landing pages, nurture sequences, automation, CRO.
Sales enablement – deal sequences, nurture content, and tools that lift win rates and deal velocity.
Customer marketing – programs to nurture, retain and grow share of wallet in existing accounts.
Product marketing – value proposition, segmentation, go-to-market strategy, new product ideas.
Employer brand & recruitment marketing – attract A-player talent to all group businesses.
M&A marketing – build acquisition deal flow and integrate acquired businesses fast.
Tech stack – all customer-facing systems across marketing, sales, and support.
Data & optimisation – track what matters, optimise relentlessly, double down on high ROI activities.
To be successful, you'll need:
- 10+ years' driving growth marketing in high-performance environments.
- You've built and led high-performing internal teams (not just managing agencies).
- You've probably worked for demanding founders scaling private companies (yes – those crazy types).
