Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Growth
* Develop and execute operations strategies to position the company as a leading platform in target regions (Middle East, SEA, and beyond).
* Lead market entry strategies, overseeing new project launches and localization efforts to ensure successful expansion.
* Drive long-term ecosystem development, including creator progression systems and monetization models.

2. Business Development & Partnerships
* Build and strengthen international partnerships with key industry players.
* Cultivate government and institutional relations to support compliance, brand reputation, and market access.
* Identify and secure strategic collaborations to enhance platform value and growth opportunities.

3. Operational Excellence
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of cross-functional projects with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Content teams.
* Design scalable operational models to support user growth, retention, and monetization.
* Develop and implement best practices to optimize efficiency across markets.

4. Marketing, PR & Brand Building
* Lead regional marketing and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
* Oversee campaigns that resonate with diverse cultural audiences, amplifying the company's global influence.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key stakeholders.

5. Revenue & Performance Management
* Drive revenue growth strategies, achieving ambitious financial targets.
* Monitor performance metrics, analyze data insights, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related fields.
* 8+ years of experience in Operations, Business Development, or Strategic Leadership roles within Internet, Tech, Media, or Entertainment industries.
* Proven track record in leading market expansions, partnerships, and operational growth across multiple regions.
