About the Role:

Handelnine Global seeks a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth and leadership across its global operations.

This role requires a collaborative leader with expertise in human resources, program management, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in eCommerce, tech, or consumer-driven sectors.

A strong data-driven mindset, excellent leadership and communication abilities, and cultural fit are essential for success.

The selected individual will oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs, enhance eNPS, and foster core values to drive employee motivation and cohesion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Global Recruitment:

  • Developing and optimizing the talent pipeline on a global scale by attracting and retaining top-tier candidates

  • Scaling Up Implementation:

  • Taking charge of the ongoing Scaling Up framework implementation within the organization, engaging in leadership meetings, and collaborating with department heads

  • Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Enhancing the eNPS and fostering the company's core values to drive employee motivation and cohesion

  • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Overseeing competitive compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company objectives
