A dynamic business leader is sought to drive growth and expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will lead a small team in Singapore and work closely with colleagues across APAC and globally.
  • Responsibilities include developing and delivering business development plans, implementing marketing strategies, and managing key client accounts.
  • The role also involves providing commercial advice on strategic plans, driving go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with partners to develop business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver business development plans for Singapore and assigned regional product groups.
  2. Design and oversee the implementation of business development and marketing activities for the Singapore office.
  3. Drive certain local and regional strategic client relationships.
  4. Analyse market and client intelligence to inform strategy and enable sharp decision-making.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a business development / client development role within a law firm or global professional services firm.

They should possess strong communication, rapport-building, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs and styles of different stakeholders.

A strategic mindset combined with sharp execution skills and strong attention to detail is essential.

Self-awareness to engage positively with feedback and in continuous personal and professional development is required.
