About the Role

We are seeking an innovative leader to connect business goals, marketing performance, and operational excellence.

This leadership position will oversee a team of analysts and operations specialists while steering the planning and strategy backbone of our global B2C marketing engine.

As the Associate Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations, you'll drive annual and quarterly marketing planning cycles, translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps.

You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to align strategy, optimize investments, and build scalable ways of working.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver impactful planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop demand forecasts and investment models that guide budget allocation and performance strategy.
  • Oversee operational efficiency across channels and markets.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to solve structural challenges.
  • Elevate ways of working through toolkits, frameworks, and onboarding programs.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting actionable insights, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams (analysts, ops, or strategy roles). Strong background in marketing strategy, business operations, or consulting, with 6-8 years of experience.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication and alignment at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, CAC, GMV, and ROI models.
  • Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, BigQuery, Excel, Tableau/Looker (or similar).
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build scalable solutions.
