Job Title: Enterprise Communication Systems Specialist
">OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Communication Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex communication systems.
">Responsibilities- Design and Procurement: Design, procure, install, test, and commission telephone systems in various projects.
- Project Management: Manage stakeholders during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Integration and Support: Perform integration, interfacing, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of communication systems, as well as provide warranty support.
- User Support: Offer technical assistance to end-users on software and hardware topics.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and approvals.
- Education: A good engineering degree with at least 3-5 years' experience is required.
- Skills: Strong written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Personal Qualities: The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and self-directed, with a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel overseas for job assignments is necessary.
- Determination and Stamina: Ability to drive tasks to completion with determination and stamina is required.
