We are seeking an experienced expert to lead the implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors, with a strong background in Employee Central and Compensation.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to design and implement complex recruitment processes, including compensation and employee central modules, in SuccessFactors. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting business needs by utilizing best practices and industry standards. They will also develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, provide advanced training and support to end-users, and troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Compensation modules
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
