Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-line operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Handle and process calls and emails from guests, ensuring that bookings and requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to satisfy guests' enquiries and requests on the arrangements of products and services.
  • Handle and resolve guests' feedback in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
  • Diploma with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Relevant customer service experience in call centre or hotel environment. Prior experience in Opera system is an advantage.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
