Establishing a Strategic Recruitment Function

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead recruitment efforts across diverse markets. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in fast-paced environments, adept at crafting scalable hiring strategies and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Develop comprehensive recruitment processes tailored to target markets, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle – from workforce planning, sourcing, and assessment to offer management and onboarding – delivering high-quality hires on time.
  • Leverage and optimize hiring channels, including digital platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and talent communities.
  • Design and deliver hiring-manager training to enhance interview quality, selection decisions, and candidate experience.
  • Conduct talent mapping to identify current and future talent pools, enabling proactive hiring strategies in key markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven success in end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies, ideally within fintech, financial services, or SaaS.
  • Prior experience in Pre-IPO firms or high-growth technology companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including expertise in digital recruiting tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach hiring managers.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
