Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply chain, and logistics.
- Ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
S$ 3,600 – 4,300+ per month (dependent on experience), 5 working days, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, Tuas (walking distance from MRT).
