Audiology Professional - Export Market Role

The Audiology Professional plays a crucial part in disseminating knowledge on audiology, product awareness, and hearing health to customers, prospective customers, and industry peers.

This role is based in Singapore and supports customers in the APAC Export Market, specifically Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

This position involves various responsibilities:

  • Participating in internal and external education and training programs for customers and prospective customers via online and in-person meetings, conventions, and seminars.
  • Assisting in developing and presenting educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and other educational supports using brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Regional Director - Education and Training Audiologist, and Customer Service teams to create and disseminate product knowledge.
  • Engaging in clinical activities to stay current with clinical skills and evaluating software and hearing aids for functionality.
  • Providing support for fitting hearing aids to new patients, adjusting existing fittings, and offering general information about products in the hospital channel.
  • Troubleshooting programming and software issues and resolving customer queries using technical expertise.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master of Clinical Audiology degree
  • Experience in telehealth customer support, prescribing, and fitting hearing devices
  • Ability to develop instruction manuals in multiple languages and present to large audiences
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, computer literacy, and organizational skills
