Hearing Health Specialist

**Job Description**: The Education and Training Audiologist is a key role responsible for providing comprehensive training on audiology, product knowledge, and hearing health to customers, prospective customers, and internal teams. This position will also involve clinical activities, including the fitting of hearing aids to new end-users. Based in Singapore, the role will support customers in the APAC Export Market, specifically Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
The primary responsibilities of this position include participating in programs for internal and external education and training, both online and in-person. This involves presenting educational materials, developing content using brand guidelines, working closely with sales and customer service teams, and evaluating software and hearing aids for functionality. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting programming and software issues, resolving customer queries using technical expertise, and answering questions from hearing health professionals.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and oral communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to function within a team environment. You should also possess the ability to understand technical information, have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to changing situations and environments. Relevant experience in telehealth customer support, hands-on experience in prescribing and fitting hearing devices, development of instruction manuals in multiple languages, and presentation skills are highly desirable.
