Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide comprehensive training on audiology, products, and hearing health to various stakeholders.

This position will also involve delivering clinical services, including support for fitting hearing aids to new users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in educational programs for internal and external audiences through meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Assist in developing and presenting educational materials using established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Regional Director - Education and Training Audiologist, and Customer Service teams to create and disseminate product knowledge.
  • Engage in ongoing clinical activities to maintain current skills.
  • Evaluate and validate software and hearing aids for functionality and teach it to internal and external audiences.
  • Provide support for fitting hearing aids to new patients, adjusting existing fittings to meet patient needs, and offering general information about products.
  • Troubleshoot programming and software issues.
  • Consistently follow protocols to resolve customer queries using technical expertise.

Requirements:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Around 35% travel required annually.
  • Masters degree in Clinical Audiology.
  • Experience in telehealth customer support.
  • Hands-on experience in prescribing and fitting hearing devices.
  • Development of instructional manuals in multiple languages.
  • Presentation to large audiences live and through webinars.
