Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the commercial activities of our LNG Carrier Business team. The role involves assisting in the management of LNG carrier projects, covering newbuilding deliveries, ongoing operations, contract handling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage ongoing commercial operations for existing LNG projects; manage all commercial aspects of LNG carrier newbuilding projects, including pre-delivery and post-delivery phases;
- Provide commercial support and review key contractual agreements, ensuring robust contract governance and compliance with contractual obligations;
- Monitor and control operating expenses (OPEX); prepare variance analysis and financial performance reports;
- Manage project-level financials, including cash flow planning and cash waterfall management to ensure timely allocation of revenues and payments;
- Handle and resolve commercial disputes to safeguard owners' interests.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LNG shipping industry and its commercial practices. A Bachelor's degree in Maritime or a relevant discipline is required. This is a full-time position at a mid-senior level, with a focus on business development and sales in the oil and gas industry.
