At an exciting time, abillion is launching business solutions to help restaurants and consumer brands around the world cater to the growing number of conscious consumers. With a product line up of premium listings and a marketplace, the Commercial Operations Executive will help to support abillion’s commercial growth initiatives in our Spanish speaking markets.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this position provides an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in the formative stages of abillion’s ambitious commercialisation and revenue goals.

You are analytical, methodical, and a creative problem solver in your approach towards executing projects and campaigns.

**Direct Responsibilities**:

- Account management and customer success of Spanish-speaking business accounts - potential to own and be responsible for the success of the account. This includes assisting with content and campaigns, data pulls, being the first point of contact for the account, and relevant account management operations.
- Conduct BD lead generation and outreach to prospects in Spanish speaking markets (Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico)

**Shared Responsibilities**:

- Perform data and performance analysis of suite of abillion commercial products and services
- Project management and execution of B2B comms (CRM, Social Media)
- Localisation of B2B efforts to fit for Spanish speaking markets
- Participate in continued optimisation commercial products and formulation of new commercial opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Strong English and Spanish proficiency required
- 3+ years experience in account management, marketing and/or in a commercial team
- Excellent team working skills and cross-functional communication capabilities
- High level of proficiency in G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Experience in viewing and analysis of data congregations / dashboards (Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase) is preferred
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Extremely driven with a strong desire to achieve results
- Strong relationship management skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset is required
- Strong passion for Sustainability and Consumer Products is a very good plus
