Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor and assess variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, providing comprehensive insights.
  • Communicate monthly profit and loss outcomes to the Business Unit COO.
  • Collaborate with business units during annual planning to formulate growth strategies.
  • Develop business cases for redevelopment and asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide forward-looking financial insights regarding market conditions and trends.
  • Conduct financial due diligence for potential asset acquisitions as required.
  • Guide and mentor Finance Executives within the team.
  • Enhance internal controls and streamline finance processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with CPA or equivalent professional certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, with at least 2 years in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and oriented towards meeting deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic organizational framework.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
