Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in executing talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs. Key responsibilities include partnering with internal stakeholders, creating comprehensive search assignments, and developing strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.


To succeed in this role, one must have a thorough knowledge of business and culture to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity. The successful candidate will also develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to source high potential talent and design employer branding activities that attract top candidates.


Additional responsibilities include analyzing hiring needs, providing employee hiring forecasts, reviewing employment application and background check reports, and maintaining accurate documentation on all stages of the hiring process. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
