**Job Title: STRATEGIC SOURCING MANAGER**:
We are seeking a **STRATEGIC SOURCING MANAGER**to support our daily sourcing operations, contribute to strategic sourcing efforts, and assist with productivity initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with the Sourcing team and cross-functional teams to identify, qualify, and manage suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure a consistent supply of quality components.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Sourcing Support**:

- Collaborate with the Sourcing team to identify and evaluate potential vendors.
- Manage the Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and bidding processes.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) to ensure supplier compliance.

**Strategic Sourcing**:

- Conduct spend analysis to uncover cost-saving and sourcing optimization opportunities.
- Benchmark vendor pricing and support cross-functional teams in qualification processes.

**General Support**:

- Participate in ad-hoc sourcing and procurement-related activities as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of Relevent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and a collaborative team player.
