**Your new role**

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:

- Spearheading strategic sourcing initiatives for ODM and EMS partners, aligning procurement strategies with overall company objectives.
- Utilising extensive experience to identify, assess, and select ODM/EMS suppliers, ensuring product quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
- Leading contract negotiations, establishing favourable terms and pricing agreements while maintaining a focus on sustainable supplier relationships.
- Providing leadership to the sourcing team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance excellence.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to understand product requirements, ensuring seamless integration of sourcing strategies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of Sourcing experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Proven track record as a Sourcing Manager, with a strong emphasis on ODM and EMS.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end sourcing processes for ODM and EMS partners.
- Significant leadership experience, including the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sourcing team.
- In-depth knowledge of global supply chain dynamics and trends in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and contract management expertise.
