Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Chief of Staff to collaborate closely with our Cofounder and CPO. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in product management, ensuring alignment between product development and strategic business objectives. This role is critical in helping to shape the company's vision, streamline processes, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with our CPO and executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Product Management: Partner with product teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring that product development aligns with market needs and company objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives across various departments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient operational practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, managing relationships and communications.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and ensure that the company remains at the cutting edge of Web3 innovations.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the executive team, providing support where needed to drive company initiatives forward.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably within the tech or Web3 industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralised applications, and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in product management and project management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
