Chief of Staff

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Managing Partner and driving the success of our ClimateTech ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and support the Managing Partner in their day-to-day activities;
- Develop a deep understanding of our core and side business models, as well as their respective processes;
- Support business development and expansion activities, including managing government and senior client relations;
- Manage the company's ecosystem to support the building of in-house ventures and the scaling of ventures;
- Ensure all functions of the company work in tandem smoothly to support the core and side businesses.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' work experience, with at least 2 years in project/acceleration management or overseeing operations and processes;
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a thorough understanding of programme and project management principles;
- Strong business acumen with both strategic and operational ability, understanding data analysis, reporting, and budgeting;
- Ability to convince others to pursue a course of action without coming across too strongly, with good negotiation skills;
- Experience in client-facing roles in both startups and large corporate environments.
