Job Overview

The Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of jackpot facilities. The role ensures that all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the jackpot room.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including jackpot payouts, machine readings, and reconciliation reports.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and submit required reports and records.
  • Implement responsible gaming practices.
Key Areas of Focus
  • Customer Service: Provide professional service to members and assist with operational issues.
  • Administration & Reporting: Monitor collections, payouts, and account reconciliations. Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Ensure the jackpot room is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support operational needs.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or equivalent qualification, relevant experience in hospitality, gaming operations, or member-service, strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
