Roles & Responsibilities

The Jackpot Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Club's jackpot facilities. The role ensures that all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for members. The Jackpot Executive also plays a key role in delivering excellent member service, safeguarding club assets, and upholding the Club's reputation for responsible gaming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Compliance

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the jackpot room.
  • Ensure full compliance with the GRA regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including jackpot payouts, machine readings, and daily reconciliation reports.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required reports and records.
  • Implement and promote responsible gaming practices.

2. Customer Service

  • Provide professional, attentive, and courteous service to all members.
  • Assist members with the use of jackpot machines and resolve basic operational issues.
  • Manage member queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Create a welcoming environment to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.

3. Administration & Reporting

  • Monitor daily collections, payouts, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly operational and financial reports for management review.
  • Assist with license renewals and maintain all compliance-related documentation.

4. Maintenance & Safety

  • Monitor the condition and functionality of jackpot machines and coordinate with vendors for servicing and repairs.
  • Ensure that the jackpot room is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.

5. Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work closely with other Club departments to support operational needs and events.
  • Participate in staff training programs to stay updated on compliance requirements and service excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in hospitality, gaming operations, or member-service preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in jackpot/gaming operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
