Product Innovation Manager

The Product Innovation Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of innovation-related projects.

This individual is responsible for overseeing project management frameworks, ensuring timely completion, and guaranteeing quality standards are met.

Reporting directly to the Product Director, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives.

The Product Innovation Manager oversees cross-functional project teams, drives corrective actions plans when necessary, and fosters a culture of accountability and transparency within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams End-to-End on innovation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure timely delivery, at the targeted quality level.
  • Accountable for project outputs and documentation, reporting project progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management roles handling complex, multi-functional projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects, timelines, and risks.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
