Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Delivery - Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting business objectives.
  • Presales Execution & Delivery - Participate in Tender bids and own the process of producing and submitting quality Tender proposals.
  • Strategic Alignment - Align project goals with organisational strategy and long-term vision.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Risk & Change Management - Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change control processes.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization - Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control to maximize efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring - Track KPIs, milestones, and quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation - Drive best practices, process enhancements, and technology adoption for operational excellence.
  • Leadership & Team Development - Mentor and guide teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically within the software development industry.
  • Experience working in Singapore government projects is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience doing software development, doing presales is preferred.
