Project Overview

The Programme Director role involves overseeing the planning and execution of innovation business projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This includes managing project teams in sales, business development, partnerships, go-to-market functions, account management, and project delivery to drive business growth through expanding current operations and exploring new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and securing new businesses to achieve revenue goals;
  • Acquiring new clients, partners, and mentors, generating leads, developing proposals, closing deals, and managing strategic partnerships;
  • Driving XNode's engagement and reputation within the Southeast Asian markets by leveraging Singapore as a gateway into ASEAN through the discovery of new opportunities;
  • Building and leading project teams to deliver business results in sales, marketing, partnerships, and project delivery.

Requirements

  • A strong background in business administration, marketing, or innovation-related fields with at least 10 years of experience in startup incubation/acceleration, corporate innovation, consulting, or cross-border program management;
  • Experience in spearheading business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities;
  • A deep understanding of what startups and scale-ups require to grow, including grant schemes from the government and platform service models;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills to drive the company forward.
