  • Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Design Manager to lead our design development process.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective design workflows, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
  2. Generate, develop, and review innovative design concepts that meet client requirements, project goals, and aesthetic standards.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes.
  4. Supervise the production of BIM models and drawing sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  5. Act as a key point of contact for clients during design development, addressing feedback and aligning expectations.
  6. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  7. Implement and refine digital workflows and project management systems to improve efficiency and output.

  • Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
  2. Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
  3. Proven track record in managing design workflows, coordinating teams, and delivering high-quality projects.
  4. High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
  5. Rendering skills in Lumion or Enscape are a plus.
  6. Solid understanding of building regulations and submission processes, ideally within the Singapore or Malaysia context.
  7. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
