Job Title: Architectural Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for architectural project management to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also provide guidance and support to junior team members, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Architecture (Part 2) or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with contract administration, design, and presentation.
