Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead our architectural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all technical aspects of the project are followed up diligently.
- Maintain close communication with clients, consultants, project team members, and subcontractors to guarantee effective execution of architectural tasks, finishes, and integration with structural and M&E specifics.
- Organize trades schedules and coordinate architectural tasks, finishes, and integration with structural and M&E specifics.
- Ensure architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements are submitted on time according to the project timeline.
- Plan and oversee site activities, collaborating closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to guarantee effective execution.
- Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to verify adherence to the approved designs, specifications, and smooth progression.
- Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the targeted schedule for timely and efficient completion.
- Verify that all works meet specified requirements, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, quality standards, and government regulations, including maintainability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Min. Diploma in Architecture, preferably degree recognized by BOA.
- Min. 10 years' relevant experience as Architectural Manager in large scale projects.
- Relevant architectural field experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m height is an advantage or projects of similar scale and complexity.
