The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with senior leadership, delivery teams, customers, procurement, and finance to drive sales processes forward.
- Managing project progress through various systems, including project timelines, contract signoffs, order management, PO processing, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Developing and executing accurate monthly forecast planning and annual business planning.
- Effective contract management and timely execution of annual maintenance renewal projects.
- Designing and implementing routine analytical credit reviews and generating reports related to sales and finance.
- Closely monitoring credit health, including payment terms, escalations, and risks, and providing regular status updates to senior leaders.
- Facilitating issue resolution accurately and promptly, while guiding related parties involved.
- Estimating yearly and monthly business planning, as well as managing business inventory.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer or sales support, business operations, and finance, preferably in IT infrastructure.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales management, including contract management and project monitoring.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP (SD, PS, MM, and CO modules).
- Intermediate-level technical, financial, and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Motivated teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
- Capacity to extract and translate data into concise information for senior management.
- Efficient multitasking with minimal supervision.
