{"Job Summary

Recruit Inc Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Performance and Rewards Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a high-performance culture, designing and implementing holistic and market-competitive rewards strategies, and partnering with business leaders to meet current and future workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop strategic workforce plans and talent development initiatives
• Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs, including supporting employee and leadership development and designing succession plans
• Provide coaching and consulting to senior leaders on people matters
• Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain staff
• Manage the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll, annual payments, and manpower budgeting
• Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline work processes and enhance productivity
• Oversee the Department's operations and outsourcing of shared services to external parties, where relevant

Requirements

• Prior or current public/government sector experience is a must
• Good experience in compensation and benefits is a must
• At least 5 years' experience in leading a team
• At least 10 years' experience handling key HR functions, especially business partnering, compensation, rewards, payroll administration, and talent development
• Strong influencing and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
