Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Department Head in leading, managing, and developing the Retail team to achieve key performance targets in revenue, profit, and pipeline metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Department Head to plan and execute workplan strategies to meet department goals and objectives.
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Undertake business development activities to secure new project appointments and expand our client base.
  • Design, plan, and execute retail marketing campaigns and leasing activities for appointed projects to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare leasing reports and updates for clients to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Carry out marketing and leasing activities for appointed projects and other open listings to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide guidance and direction to junior colleagues to achieve performance targets and develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated capabilities or potential in leadership and managerial roles.
  • Passionate about the retail industry and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills to lead and manage a high-performing team.
  • Good command of written and oral English.
  • A team player who is also able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Innovative and resourceful with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Technology savvy and competent in Microsoft Office.
