Job Title: Partner Marketing Enablement Manager APAC

Join Siemens Industry Software Pte Ltd as a Partner Marketing Enablement Manager APAC and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incorporate joint marketing strategies with key value partners to drive aligned business goals.
  • Work with partner marketers to effectively drive marketing campaigns through in-bound marketing, out-bound marketing, content creation, and other forms of demand generation.
  • Enable partner marketers with advanced B2B marketing methodology and its adoption.
  • Facilitate alignment between channel partners and DISW field marketing to drive go-to-market strategies by industry.
  • Coach and support partners to plan a qualified annual marketing plan.
  • Supervise partner-led marketing execution and its outcome/customer feedback.
  • Track and measure partners marketing execution results to provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Support sales in monitoring the evolution of demand routed to the partners.
  • Define partner program goals and drive implementation including process development, documentation, and communications for rollout.
  • Participate in QBRs of key partners with Siemens partner managers to provide suggestions for improving partners' marketing planning, execution, and results.
  • Work with partners who have established Industry Competencies to execute on co-marketing strategies and programs to increase market share.
Requirements:
  • Good sense of understanding business dynamics and the ability to engage in effective business conversations with channel partners.
  • Marketing consultant to channel management team and channel partners.
  • Review and advise partners on their marketing plans for full year execution.
  • Bring in customer feedback through partner execution.
  • Ability to think in a structured and logical manner to solve problems and make decisions efficiently.
  • Proven track record of amplifying engagement across partner program offerings and delivering operational excellence.
  • Ability to execute multiple complex program initiatives simultaneously.
  • Skilled communicator who can deliver nuanced feedback both to internal teams and partner team members.
  • Highly data literate with a strong ability to collect and interpret data using a variety of methods.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with many teams and stakeholders in an impactful way.
Education and Experience:
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field.
  • 6+ years working in digital/marketing strategy, ideally combined with more tactical partner enablement and execution experience.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to Travel.
  • Hybrid office environment.
  • Language Fluency in English is essential to verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean will be considered a strong benefit.
