Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Architects and designers to develop interior design concepts for high-end residential projects, combining aesthetics with functionality.
  • Lead a team of remote designers to prepare 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and consultants effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings, and working drawings for coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Select materials, finishes, and furniture to create cohesive and functional design schemes that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Liaise with Consultants on design and technical matters, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into design concepts to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years of interior design and project experience for high-end residential projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
  • A diploma/degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in design principles.
  • Experience in residential houses, showflat interior design projects, and a keen understanding of space planning and layout optimization.
  • Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, and other relevant software tools.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, promoting collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
