Interior Design Expert Sought

About the Role:

We are on a quest to find an exceptional Interior Designer who can bring innovative ideas and functional designs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interior design concepts and spatial plans that meet clients' needs and expectations, staying true to their unique style and aesthetic.
  • Transform ideas into reality by creating detailed interior design drawings and 3D perspectives using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution within set timelines, fostering open communication and mutual understanding.
  • Deliver expert-level services in site measurements, space planning, and material selection, making informed decisions that meet clients' requirements.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, with a solid foundation in design principles and best practices.
  • At least two years of experience in designing residential and corporate spaces, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCad, 3D Max, and other industry-standard software, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Strong creative skills, coupled with good conceptual design ability, enabling you to think outside the box and push boundaries.
  • Skilled in space planning, conceptual design, and interior detailing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection.
  • Excellent coordination and technical drawing skills, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, able to effectively manage client relationships and present designs in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and meeting deadlines.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am- 6pm (Saturday may be required)
