Job Title: Retail Interior Space PlannerOverview:We are seeking an experienced Retail Interior Space Planner to develop and implement creative interior design solutions for retail environments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and detailing shopfronts, display units, product shelving, cashier counters, and feature walls.Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed 2D drawings including space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations, and sections to ensure compliance with building codes and fit-out requirements.
  • Design and specify materials, finishes, color palettes, and fittings, preparing sample boards and coordinating with suppliers for mockups or approvals.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, attending site meetings and inspections to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp.
  • Experience in 3D visualization, construction, and spatial design.
