Objective:


  • We are seeking an experienced Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our organization.

Description:

The role will involve providing administrative and financial support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.


This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and have knowledge of accounting software.


A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role is preferred.


Responsibilities:

This Administrative Finance Coordinator will be responsible for:


  1. Managing invoices and payments: review and verify invoices, match with purchase orders or quotations, enter accounting system, and prepare timely payments.
  2. Providing vendor and financial support: communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues; assist in account reconciliation and month-end closings.
  3. Maintaining records and compliance: maintain proper documentation of payments and support audit processes; ensure approval of expenses.
  4. Supporting GST and reconciliation: assist with quarterly GST permit checks and perform daily cash flow updates and bank reconciliations.
  5. Coordinating training: book training courses, track completion, update records, and file related certificates.
  6. Managing PPE and inventory: monitor and manage issuance of personal protective equipment to employees within policy limits; maintain records for ISO and stock levels for pantry, PPE, and office consumables.
  7. Performing general administration: perform day-to-day administrative tasks including supply coordination, document filing, and office support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • A diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of accounting software.
