To maintain the operational efficiency of a Senior Care Centre, we are seeking an Administrative Finance Coordinator to support day-to-day activities, financial management, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support- Serve as the first point of contact, handling inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide administrative assistance to programme staff.
- Coordinate logistics for centre events, transportation, and vendor services efficiently.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients and process government claims and subsidies on time.
- Monitor outstanding payments and reconcile daily collections accurately.
- Source and track quotations for goods and services effectively.
- Maintain records of centre assets and supplies securely.
- Compile and submit regular reports to management and government agencies promptly.
- Ensure proper filing and data protection at all times.
- Assist in coordinating centre-wide events and training sessions successfully.
- Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in administration or finance is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with accounting systems is necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are vital.
