Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Skin Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients' long-term health and vitality through evidence-based skin health solutions.

You will work closely with doctors, health coaches, and diagnostic specialists to deliver personalized, high-touch treatments guided by advanced skin analysis technology and premium skincare formulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive skin consultations using advanced diagnostic tools to assess clients' skin conditions and tailor treatment plans
  • Perform high-standard facial and skin rejuvenation treatments in line with clinical protocols and product guidelines
  • Educate clients on long-term skincare strategies that support their overall health and well-being
  • Collaborate with doctors and wellness professionals to integrate skin health into a broader preventive care plan.
  • Monitor progress through follow-up assessments and modify skincare regimens as needed
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client confidentiality
  • Maintain a serene, luxurious treatment environment that reflects the ethos of our centre
  • Support product retail and treatment service uptake through client education, not hard-selling
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with clinical aesthetics and longevity practices
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Clinical Skin Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a medi-spa, dermatology clinic, or luxury wellness centre preferred
  • Skilled in conducting skin analysis and performing advanced skincare treatments
  • Strong understanding of skin physiology, ingredients, and product interactions
  • Comfortable using clinical-grade diagnostic equipment and skincare technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, polished presence
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
